Yes! We offer easy EMI options on orders above Ôé╣5,000 through select credit cards and digital payment platforms. EMI options are displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days for most locations in India. Express delivery (2-3 business days) is available for select pin codes at an additional charge.

Currently, we ship within India only. We are working on expanding our international shipping capabilities. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2-3 times. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local facility for 7 days. You can also request to reschedule delivery through the tracking link.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all non-customized items. Products must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customized or engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.

Log into your account, go to "My Orders", select the item you wish to return, and click "Request Return". Our team will review and approve your request within 24 hours, then arrange for pickup.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Yes! We offer free exchanges within 30 days. Simply initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly.
