What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Given the high value of our items, a person-to-person handoff with signature is mandatory. If you miss the attempt, our secure logistics partner will re-attempt up to 2 times before the item is returned to our secure vault for safety.
Is the shipping really insured?
Yes, Luxe Jewels bears the full cost of insurance for all domestic and international transit. You are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs before the package is signed for at your delivery address.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
For security reasons, once an order is "In Transit", we cannot change the destination. Address corrections are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our Concierge Team.
